  • Now, tap "Factory Data Reset," and then scroll down again to the bottom to tap the "Reset" option.
  • Enter your Samsung S24 PIN, verify the pattern, and then tap the "Delete all" option to confirm the data deletion.
  • From the "Welcome" screen, after a reset, start setting your device again and tap the "Start" option at the bottom.
  • Now, agree with Samsung's terms and service and tap the "Agree" option.
  • Next, from the "Set up using another device" screen, tap the "Galaxy or Android device" option.
  • On the other hand, using an old Samsung smartphone, download and install the Samsung "Smart Switch" application from the Play Store, launch it, and agree with the terms and conditions of this app.
  • Next, tap the "Set up" option on the "Smart Switch" screen, and then scan the QR code you got on the Samsung S24 in previous steps using the old Samsung device.
  • Now, on the Samsung S24 screen, tap "Next" from the "Copy apps & data" screen, and then finally "Allow" to process it further.
  • Next, from the "Get connected" screen, choose the "Cable" or "Wireless" option.
  • Once you choose the transfer method, from the "Select data to transfer" screen, select the data you want to transfer, and then tap the "Next" option.
